The new 120 Elite, developed from the previous 120 sold in thousands of units all around the world, retains and improves upon the characteristics that made its predecessor so popular. The 120 Elite combines a modern and attractive design with superior strength and many advanced features. The result is a truly elite sweeper, unique in its class, robust, reliable, efficient and yet stylish! Made to meet the cleaning and hygiene requirements in a wide variety of industrial applications, the 120 Elite has been designed to improve the quality of the workplace and to create conditions necessary to obtain high levels of productivity. The direct-throw sweeping system that is applied to the complete Dulevo sweeper range is at the heart of the 120 Elite. The collection system start with the side broom(s) which transfer dust and debris towards he centre of the machine where a large diameter cylindrical main broom throws everything forward into the waste hopper. Fine dust is also drawn directly into the waste hopper by a powerful vacuum system which is created by a high efficiency fan and a heavy duty filter ensures that only clean air is exhausted back into the environment. With a choice of battery, petrol, LPG or diesel units, there’s a version of 120 Elite suitable for every type of application. An overhead guard or cabin is available, the cabin option is fully equipped and can be fitted with a heater or air conditioning to provide maximum operator comfort even in the most severe working conditions. Collectively these features combine to create the highest efficiency, quality and operating reliability, in common with all the Dulevo product range.

The direct-throw sweeping system. “The most efficient”

Sweeps any type of debris, from the finest dust to the larger heavier debris you find around the workplace. The waste hopper, which is placed immediately in front of the main broom, ensures perfect sweeping results even when the broom is nearing the end of its useful life. Adjustment of the main broom pressure is made from the driving position and not only optimizes the sweeping results on uneven surfaces but helps to extend brush life.

The filter system, made from rot-proof polyester with an effective filter shaking

Designed to filter even the finest dust (down to 3 Micron), ensures that this is the ideal machine for those industrial environments with a high concentration of fine particles. Thanks to its special design the filter guarantees the maximum possible filter surface (10 sqm) in such a small space, reducing dramatically the time required for filter shaking. Easy to dismantle and clean, the filter rarely requires changing and ensures that this filter system saves both time and money.

An effective filter shaking system

Shaking the filter elements with considerable vigour in various directions ensures that all the dust is separated from the filter fabric which then falls into the waste hopper. This system ensures long operating periods between dismantling and manual cleaning of the elements.

Variable speed side broom(s)

Following a market survey across a wide range of users, the speed of the side broom(s) controlled from the driving position is now infinitely variable between 0 and 110 rpm. Thos new important feature allows the machine to produce maximum cleaning results in all types of conditions and extends brush life by as much as 60%

High capacity vacuum fan

Connected directly to a high speed hydraulic motor positioned inside the hopper, noise levels are reduced to a minimum when the machine is operating.

Operator comfort

The 120 Elite which complies with ISO 4523 standards has been designed to ensure maximum levels of comfort, operation and ease of control. Equipped with power steering, fully adjustable steering column, height-adjustable sprung seat with armrests and ergonomically positioned switches and controls that together eliminate driver fatigue.

Direct transmission

Consisting of a hydraulic variable delivery pump connected to a heavy duty hydraulic motor that is connected directly to the rear wheel. The system offers all the advantages of a heavy duty transmission system but without weak points such as chains, joint and couplings.

Environmentally friendly

Dulevo’s filtering system is designed to prevent dust (down to 3 Micron) from escaping into the atmosphere. To meet environmental requirements, this machine is available in various versions: battery powered, LPG and petrol or diesel fitted with catalytic exhausts.

Quiet operation

The low noise levels that comply with ISO standards have been successfully obtained by optimising the dynamic response of the mechanical parts. Proven sound deadening materials have been selected and particular care has been taken to eliminate vibration.

Safety as a design philosophy

Designed to meet the highest safety standards, the 120 Elite also complies with CEE 89/392 requirements. The machine is equipped with hydraulic braking to the front wheels, audible reverse warning and it’s fitted with 5.00/8″ heavy duty tires that ensures maximum stability.

Ease of maintenance

To simplify maintenance the machine has been designed with easy access to the engine and its surrounding components. The main broom can also be changed without the use of tools.

Large capacity high dump hopper

The waste hopper has an effective capacity of 450 litres. The hopper door is closed hydraulically to compact debris prior to emptying. The hopper itself can be raised hydraulically from round level up to a maximum height of 1.5. meters, which enables the machine to dump into most of the waste skips currently in use.

Refuelling

The 120 Elite has been designed to have an easy external access fuel point for convenience and safety.

Chassis strength

The chassis is manufactured from high quality electro welded steel for maximum strength. The finished unit is fully coated with a special primer and finished with a high resistant polyurethane paint.

Maneuverability

The 120 Elite is highly maneuverable with an outside turning circle of approx. 2.6 m.
