75, THE MOST COMPACT TRUE INDUSTRIAL RIDE-ON SWEEPER
A semi-hydraulic compact sweeper with the technical features, quality and reliability associated with the Dulevo name.

Designed for restricted areas but able to tackle larger open spaces when required, the 75 offers maximum operator comfort and the perfect sweeping results that can be assured with the Dulevo direct-throw system. The collection system starts with the side broom(s) which transfer dust and debris into the centre of the machine where a large diameter cylindrical main broom throws everything forward into the waste hopper. Fine dust is also drawn directly into the hopper by a powerful vacuum system which is created by a high efficiency fan, a special heavy duty polyester filter ensuring that only clean air is exhausted back into the environment. With a choice of battery, petrol or L.P.G. power units there is a version of the 75 suitable for every type of application.

The direct-throw sweeping system.

The most efficient. Sweeps any type of debris, from the finest dust to the larger, heavier debris found around the workplace. The waste hopper, which is placed immediately in front of the main broom, ensures perfect sweeping results even when the broom is nearing the end of its useful life. Adjustment of the main broom pressure is made from the driving position and not only optimizes the sweeping results on uneven surfaces but helps to extend brush life.

The filter system, made from rot-proof polyester

Designed to filter even the finest dust (down to 3 micron), ensures that this is the ideal machine for those industrial environments with a high concentration of fine particles. Thanks to its special design the filter guarantees the maximum filter surface area possible (4 sq.m) in such a small space, reducing dramatically the time required for filter shaking. Easy to dismantle and clean, the filter rarely requires changing and ensures that this filter system saves both time and money.

An effective filter shaking system

Vigorously shaking the filter elements in various directions ensures that all the dust is separated from the filter fabric, and then falls into the waste hopper. This system gives long operating periods between dismantling and manual cleaning of the elements.

Shock resistant side broom(s)

The side broom(s) are resistant to impact and their mechanism is mounted within the profile of the machine for maximum protection.

High capacity vacuum fan

Positioned within the engine compartment the fan can be shut off when the machine has to work in wet conditions.

Operator comfort

The 75 has been designed to ensure maximum levels of driver comfort and ease of operation and control.

Transmission

Consisting of a variable delivery pump connected mechanically to the rear differential.

Environmentally friendly

Dulevo’s filter system is designed to prevent dust (down to 3 micron) from escaping into the atmosphere. To meet environmental requirements the machine is available in battery powered or L.P.G. engined versions.

Safety as a design philosophy

Designed to meet the highest safety standards, the 75 also complies with CEE 89/392 requirements.

Ease of maintenance

To simplify maintenance the machine has been designed with easy access to the engine and all major components.

Large capacity hopper

The waste hopper has an effective capacity of 80 litres, is simple to remove from the machine and easily moved when full, thanks to its 4 wheels and folding handle.

Chassis strength

The chassis is manufactured from high quality electro welded steel for maximum strength, the complete unit is coated with a special primer and finished in a tough polyurethane paint.
