Scrubber dryers, models H715, H715R and H815 Designed to guarantee the highest levels of comfort and performance.

The possibility to set two pressure types (regular and high), 157 litre polyethylene tanks and long operating autonomy (6 hours) make these machines unrivaled in all working conditions. They are suitable for maintenance and deep cleaning of flooring in medium- and large-size enterprises, shopping malls, car parks and airports. H715 and H815 scrubber dryers are equipped with recycling and “canal-jet” systems (optional) which increase their autonomy PRODUCTIVITY and efficiency.

Traction

The front drive wheel with a small turning circle enables the machine to move smoothly and in tight spaces.

Easy-to-use

The user-friendly and reliable control panel has been designed to make machine operation more intuitive. Access to the battery compartment may be gained either from the side or by lifting the seat. This makes battery replacement or maintenance quicker and easier.

Squeegee

Thanks to its wide adjusting angle the parabolic squeegee can adapt to any type of floor and automatically rises when the machine travels in reverse. No special tools are required to replace the tyres. The H715 model features a squeegee whose size is contained within the machine profile, thereby simplifying movement in tight spaces such as lifts and freight elevators. Easy access is guaranteed to the suction filter and motor located under the tank hood.

Brush head

The brush head with independent motors guarantees high power. Two types of programmes can be selected for the scrubbing system: regular or hard scrubbing. Both programmes are selected from the control panel and enable the machine to operate at constant pressure on every surface and on all types of dirt. No special tools are required to replace the brushes. Model H715 has a 720 mm scrubbing width, whereas model H815 has a 850 mm scrubbing width. When the machine hits an obstacle, the brush head retracts into the machine profile.

Tanks

Tanks are made of high density polyethylene and are resistant to blows and corrosion. The machine is equipped with a 150 litre detergent solution tank and a 157 litre recovery tank which are accessed through a large compartment that simplifies and accelerates tank cleaning operations. Residual sludge is drained efficiently and quickly through a rear opening which also offers easy access to the recycling system filter, a solution which increases washing autonomy to 280 litres.

H 401 C

H 401 C: go better with micro-scrubber

The smallest model of the Dulevo Scrubber-Dryers Line combines a compact size with an extremely high maneuverability.

Excellent performances

For excellent cleaning performances, scrubbing and drying floors such as terracotta, ceramic stoneware, marble, linoleum, cement, PVC, clinker, ceramics etc. the H 401 C is able to produce an operating power which is unmatched by any machine of similar dimensions. Supplied by alternate current, it has an almost unlimited autonomy. The energetic action of the cylinder brush, combined with the double adjustable squeegee unit, which collects the water and dry the floor in both backward and forward directions, allows the operator to get the best results, even in small spaces and on surfaces which are difficult to treat.

Quick maintenance

The recovery tank can be easily removed for cleaning purposes; the brush can also be detached and replaced without using any tool. This reduces the ordinary maintenance required by the H 401 C.

Simple to use

The ergonomic steering handle houses all the controls of the machine, with symbols easy to be read. For spaces difficult to reach, the machine can be equipped with a suction unit.

Sturdy

All high quality functional components are in robust polyethylene, mounted on the steel steering handle and frame. Steel guarantees extreme sturdiness.

Easy to transport

The H 401 C can be easily transported and stored even in a vertical position thanks to its compact size, its weight and the possibility to fold the handle.

With its excellent cleaning performance , the H 401 is ideal for natural stone floors , concrete and plastic surfaces. It is more powerful than any similarly sized machine and is most efficient on small areas of around
200 m². It is ideal for small supermarkets, show rooms and many more.

Schmidt SK600

With the installation of an additional cross-brush behind the suction shaft, considerably higher sweeping speeds than those of comparative machines without the extra brush can be achieved.

The entire sweeping width of 2,300 mm is cleaned mechanically.

The suction fan and working hydraulics can be powered by an auxiliary engine, hydraulically or hydrostatically (in which case, the traction drive is also).

The ergonomically designed control console is available in a standard or deluxe version, the latter offering automatic control of many functions.

The hopper capacity of the SK 600 is 6.0 m³.

SK500

With the special V-shaped design of the suction shaft, the debris is conveyed at high speed into the hopper.

Air is drawn directly into the suction fan via an optimised suction intake, thus permitting high performance suction at low engine speed. The traction drive is hydraulic.

The easy-to-use, ergonomically designed control console requires only minimal attention as a result of its logical menu navigation system.

The SK 500 has a hopper capacity of 5.0 m³.

SCHMIDT 200

Vehicle Technology

At speeds of up to 50 km/h, the SWINGO 200, driven by a powerful (high performance) Euro 4 diesel engine, is ready to work wherever it is needed. But it is not only its high degree of operational readiness which makes the SWINGO 200 an efficient sweeper. The 2.0 m³ aluminium hopper enables a much longer operation time than is usual, thanks to the patented SCHMIDT pressurised water re-circulation system which compacts the debris as it sweeps and makes for efficient transportation of the debris in the hopper with minimal water consumption.

Environmentally Friendly

A clean road surface is not the only thing the SCHMIDT SWINGO 200 delivers. During, development the engineers set great store by producing a complete package, beginning with sweeping technology, continuing with noise levels, and addressing both exhaust fumes and air pollution. Two swing-out brushes, which make a sweeping width of up to 2,500 mm possible, and a powerful suction fan make for optimum sweeping results. The water-cooled engine with a closed diesel particle filter provides the desired performance with low engine noise and diesel consumption. In addition, the SWINGO 200 complies with the regulations concerning fine dust emissions from the fan exhaust (PM 10).

Excellent Ergonomics

Safety is written in capital letters at SCHMIDT, which is why the SWINGO 200 has been designed with the operator in mind. A fully glazed driver’s cab allows maximum visibility. The driver can thus keep an eye on his entire operating area and can carry out even difficult cleaning operations, such as sweeping in awkward corners or in busy traffic, without losing awareness of his surroundings. The operator also benefits from the hydro-pneumatic suspension and the ergonomically placed controls, giving maximum driving comfort.

SCHMIDT 150

Dust free and economical with water

The SWINGO 150 is equipped with two generously dimensioned fresh water tanks which are mounted on either side between the axles and together have a capacity of 380 litres. In addition two water re-circulation tanks with a total capacity of 240 litres, are integrated into the hopper. The re-circulated water is fed via a filter to the suction nozzle and mixes with the debris. For large amounts of debris, additional fresh water can also be supplied. When the hopper is emptied of debris, the patented water re-circulation tanks retain most of the water, which is then available for further use. This results in a cleaning process which is largely dust free and, at the same time, water consumption is reduced to a minimum.

High degree of operational availability

The water-cooled Euro 4 diesel engine, equipped with a particle filter, quickly gets the SWINGO 150 to the sweeping area at a speed of up to 50 km/h. It reaches its 62 kW output at 2,300 rpm, which makes for low noise levels and a saving in fuel. The three different settings for sweeping operations “Normal” “Maximum” and “Quiet”, which are clearly distinguished by easily identifiable symbols on the control switch, are adapted exactly to the demands of inner-city operations. In the “Normal” position, the SWINGO 150 performs its routine daily tasks with normal amounts of dirt and debris. When there is considerably more dirt and debris, the “Maximum” position provides additional performance. If cleaning is necessary at night or when noise is particularly unwelcome, there is the “Quiet” position for low-noise sweeping.

Centre stage for the operator

The driver’s cab on the SWINGO 150, with its rubber mountings, is straightforward and uses the tried and tested, SCHMIDT design, which enables the operator to engage all the relevant sweeping settings by means of a joystick which is right next to his seat. The fully glazed cab provides excellent all-round visibility, giving the operator a panoramic view of his entire working area and the brushes. The SWINGO 150 has advantages in terms of safety for cleaning operations in inner-city areas.
